What a beautiful collection from Peter Dundas for Emilio Pucci Fall 2011. The attention to detail is done elegantly. There is a Victorian feel to the collection with the use of lace and silk, yet it is nicely updated with bold prints and colours. The black and gold pieces are very attractive with wonderful embroidering onto the fabrics. Pucci is one of my favourite lines and I think this collection is one of the least provocative of them. It has a more mature feel to it, which I am really enjoying. It's not always about showing so much skin, it can be done very classically.

Although Donatella herself looks very aged, her collection exudes youth. I love the jackets with beautiful tailoring and over-sized gold buttons and buckles. The military style is very common for Fall 2011, but this is done very elegantly and unique. The next set of jackets feature beautiful contrasting with bold colours. It really catches my eye and I love the palette she used. A lot of the pieces feature a tulip pattern, which is somewhat surprising, but really works. The dresses are gorgeous and flowing, very sexy and I could definitely see them on the red carpet. The boots in the show also feature contrast and peep toes. I love them.

What woman isn't a fan of Herve Leger? These sleek, sexy and skin-tight dresses are made to make any woman feel seductive and show off her figure. The palette is a neutral one with tans, black and ivory. There is a lot of beautiful detailing in the dresses with metal pieces and woven features. A lot of celebrities are very fond of the signature bandage dress and will definitely enjoy these just as much.
